These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Profit Auditory website and, where applicable, the accounting and bookkeeping services provided by Profit Auditory LLC (“Profit Auditory”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Profit Auditory provides bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and tax filing, financial reporting, and related advisory services to businesses in Ukraine. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement. This website provides general information only and does not constitute professional advice.
3. Fees and payment
Fees for ongoing services are agreed in advance and are typically charged as a fixed monthly amount. One-off services are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver accurate work on time, we rely on you to provide complete and accurate records and information promptly. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data you supply and for retaining your own copies of source documents.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Profit Auditory and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
